Welcome to Bowling Green Counseling and Consulting (BGCC)
Are there specific things that brought you to seeking counseling, such as a particular event? Does it feel as there has been a period of time when you felt depressed or irritable most of the day nearly every day, does it feel like you have been a lot less interested in most things you used to enjoy?
Are you struggling with or have you ever experienced or witnessed an event that involved actual or threatened death or injury to yourself or others (traumatic event)? Have you tried to solve the problems in your life on your own and realized you need help from someone else? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have made the right choice by being here.
And I know this is hard. You've likely been debating seeking help for months, if not years. But I'm so glad you found me and have taken the courageous step of being here.
